Reservations are highly recommended throughout the year and must be made by phone. A top boarding kennel like Country Care Pet Resort, Inc. can be heavily booked throughout the year. Please give us a call to make your reservation as early as possible!

Kennel Hours

Our front office is closed on all major holidays. All boarded pets are cared for as usual. We are also closed occasionally for 2 day periods...please ask for details.

Tours

We are extremely proud of our boarding, grooming, and training facility and we look forward to showing you around. You may tour our facility at your convenience ANYTIME during our office hours! We have a state-of-the-art grooming facility with three different bath sizes and lots of tender loving care. We DO NOT use sedatives or tranquilizers.

Boarding Charges

Boarding charges are by calendar day. Check out time is 11:00am. If your pet has a bath on his/her last day of boarding there will be no boarding charge that day, and you can pick them up at any time. The only cost for that day will be for the bath. Our charges start from the day your pet arrives and, as in the BEST hotels, we charge for an extra day if you pick up your pet after 11:00am.

Discounts

Country Care Pet Resort, Inc. offers a variety of discounts for you during your stay at our resort. These discounts include:


• Senior Citizens Discount (65 and over): 10%
• Dogs Sharing Accomodations: 20% (The first dog pays the full rate)
• Second Pet Not Sharing Same Accomodations: 10%
• Pets Staying Longer Than 21 Days: 10%

Food and Special Diets

We feed top-of-the-line Canidae® dry dog food; Evanger's® canned cooked chicken for all of our canine guests as well as Felidae® dry and canned food for our feline guests. If your pet is on a special or prescribed diet, please bring an ample supply of the required food and we will feed accordingly. There is, of course, no extra charge for feeding owner-provided food. Regarding feeding frequency, we will feed your pet according to your instructions.

Health Care

We have veterinarians on call 24 hours a day to respond to the emergency health needs of our guests. To further ensure the safety and welfare of your pet, the owner (Gregg Klepp), lives on the premises.
